2026 Team Registration
Registration for the 2026 Spring season is open! Registration for the 2026 Track & Field season is a multi - step process. Please make sure to complete each step. Thank you!
STEP A - Register for Track and Field with Arbiter
New Registration System: rSchool has been purchased by Arbiter, and as a result, this is an entirely new registration system. Any previously created family accounts or registrations can no longer be accessed and will not carry over. Each family must complete a new registration using the Arbiter system.
Physical Upload Requirement: Because this is a new system, parents must upload a physical as part of the registration process—even if the athlete’s physical was previously submitted and is still valid. Unfortunately, physicals cannot be rolled over from the previous system. We apologize for the inconvenience; however, a physical upload is required in order for an athlete to be cleared to try out.
CHSAA Physical Form Requirement: As previously communicated, the new CHSAA-mandated physical form must be used for the 2025–2026 school year. ALL SECTIONS OF PAGE 4 MUST BE COMPLETE INCLUDING SIGNATURES AND DATES AT THE BOTTOM OF PAGE 4.

Additional details—including new physical forms, important dates, and requirements—are available on the Athletics Registration page of the Creek website.
Students must be registered, have a valid physical uploaded, pay the $90 registration fee, and be cleared by the Athletics Office in order to participate.
STEP B - Join the Stack Team App.
Please download Stack Team App, search for 'Cherry Creek Track' and request to join. No payment is required to use this app.

STEP C - Purchase a Uniform
Click here to purchase a uniform if you are new to Bruins Track & Field. Our athletes will need a uniform for the season. If our athlete does not have a uniform from a previous year, cross country, or a friend/sibling, then they will need to purchase a team uniform.

Shirt + Split Shorts/Compression Shorts: Throwers Only
STEP D - Register with the Track & Field Booster Club
Scroll down to register with the Cherry Creek Track & Field Team. Registration with the Track & Field Team is asked for all Bruins Athletes. The team registration fee goes directly to the Cherry Creek Track & Field Booster program, includes your team warm up and funds all the fun team activities we do throughout the season, including pasta parties, team spirit gifts, senior recognition, and end-of-season celebrations. If you have questions or concerns about the cost of registering for the team, please reach out to Coach Swartz (jswartz@cherrycreekschools.org) directly.
STEP E - Attend one of the Preseason Meetings, Athletes & Parents
We will have the option of two parent & athlete meetings in the Shillinglaw Lecture Hall in the West Building of the High School. Please plan to attend one of them.
